Client Voices

Notes from Indiana homeowners we've worked with.

The site study caught drainage issues our previous contractor missed for years. The finished patio has held perfectly through three winters.

Elizabeth & Mark H.Carmel, IN

Working with one team from design through construction removed every seam that usually causes problems on a project this size.

David R.Zionsville, IN

The limestone masonry is genuinely exceptional. It looks like it was always meant to be there.

Common Questions

Questions we're asked before every project.

What areas of Indiana do you serve?+

Forge serves the greater Indianapolis metro including Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Geist and Meridian-Kessler, plus Bloomington and select projects across Central and Southern Indiana.

What does design-build actually mean?+

It means the crew installing your patio reports to the designer who drew it. There is no separate general contractor, no scope handoff, and one accountable team from the first site visit through construction and stewardship.

How long does a typical project take?+

A full design-build project runs six to twelve months from consultation to handover — roughly two months of design and permitting, followed by four to eight weeks of construction depending on scope and material lead times.

What is the investment range?+

Full landscape design-build projects for Forge clients typically fall between $75,000 and $500,000+ depending on scope. We offer a paid site study as a low-commitment first step before any construction proposal.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. Forge carries full general liability and workers' compensation coverage in the State of Indiana, and our lead designer is a licensed landscape architect.

Begin

Start with a study of your land.

The paid site study is a low-commitment first step. We survey the property, meet your family, and deliver a written recommendation before any construction proposal.
